Friday Evenings: Drop-in weekly group from 6pm-7pm, January 26th - April 26th, 2024, at the Parish Centre located at 3 Crichton Avenue, Dartmouth. Led by two co-facilitators.
Our peer facilitators are trained and certified by the Mood Disorder Society of Canada and or the St. John Ambulance certified in Mental Health, Commission of Canada - Mental Health First Aid.
This is a safe space with a focus on topics important to participants.
All are welcome to attend these free sessions.
