Parish Finance Report
We are thrilled to offer, once again, our annual Stewardship of Treasure Report.

This document is much more than a year-end financial report, but a sign that we are a parish on the move. We still have many challenges to overcome but we are moving towards our goal of being a parish that makes joyful disciples of Jesus who form a community that overflows in faith and charity.

Help Fund the Mission
There is no wrong way to give to the parish, but there is one way that might be the best: Pre-authorized Giving (PAG). It is a safe, secure process for automatic withdrawals from your bank, and it gives you the flexibility of choosing weekly, bi-weekly or monthly donations.

The consistency of PAG is incredibly helpful when it comes to budgeting for the parish; just like your personal budget, it’s much easier to manage your finances when you know how much is coming into your account on a consistent basis.

Setting it up is simple: Fill out this form and send it to this address with a void cheque, and it’s all done! You can change the amount you give at any time by emailing finance@ourladyofguadalupe.ca – no questions asked. Please consider using PAG for your regular Sunday offering.
Anointing of the Sick
On Monday, we’ll offer Anointing of the Sick during the 9am Mass. The Sacrament is available to anyone who is ill, suffering from chronic pain, going for surgery, or struggling under the burden of years.
Volunteer Receptionist
Our office ministry team is looking for more members! The parish office is open three days a week to extend hospitality to all who visit or contact us. We are currently looking for help greeting visitors and answering the phone on Wednesdays from 10am-1pm and 1-4pm. If you feel a call to serve in this way, contact Brandon in the office for more information or to volunteer.
Help Form the Next Generation
Every Sunday, we offer a children’s liturgy during the 9 and 11 am Masses. We aim to nourish and form the faith of our children by offering engaging and age appropriate activities. We also offer a youth group every Tuesday evening where youth aged 12-17 (Grade 7-12) gather to experience the church in a new way. Volunteering with either of these ministries is an incredible way to use your gifts to help form the faith of the next generation. Contact Dave Riel for more information or to volunteer.
Roland & Anna Houle Memorial Scholarship
The Knights of Columbus are now accepting applications for the Roland & Anna Houle Memorial Scholarship/Bursary (minimum award $1000). Open to Catholic students in Grade 12 or 1st year University in 2024. Application form available here, deadline April 26th.
